The Seventh Judicial Circuit court is a United States’ federal court of appeal which appeals jurisdiction. Its primary role is to hear appellate from all circuit courts within its authority; however, its decisions may be appealed by the Supreme Court. After taking a closer look at the court from the website, I am impressed by the services provided by the courts. The website provides an inner picture of the courts and the operation and services it provides. The judges and the entire court staff provide equal access to fair and unbiased services that promotes public confidence and trust. Generally, people are different based on religion, regions, status quo and even race. The court, however, provides equal services to all people without basing on their difference. Thus, I was impressed by the fact that the court provides equal access to services to the public without being impartial. Moreover, the court is working on providing these services daily by constantly improving the facilities, programs and services provided to the public, which is more impressive.

Apart from equal access to services, I am also impressed that the courts provide high-quality services.  For any institution to function well and gain the public’s trust, it must provide high-quality services. To some extent, some organizations fail to offer quality services. However, this is not the case with the seventh Judicial Circuit courts. It prioritizes the public and ensures that it provides quality services to their satisfaction. In addition, it ensures that all people are handled with courtesy, dignity and respect they deserve. It ensures that all people of different attributes are treated with courtesy, dignity and respect without basing on their color, religion or gender. Many cases of racial discrimination have been rampant in the United States, but this is not the case with the courts. It provides equal services based on the constitution without discrimination, which is also impressive.
