Students should carefully read each outcome and continuously refer back to the outcomes as s/he studies for the week or when preparing papers. At the end of each week a brief reflection essay will be prepared and uploaded for review by the instructor. The reflection should articulate the changed awareness the student experiences from the week’s lessons and ways the learning has furthered the student’s understanding of the complexities of public administration and management.
